Definitely sounds like nerves to me. If there was an underlying medical condition you wouldn’t be able to get an erection at all.

I was dating a guy who had the same problem. The first few times we tried to have sex he was partially flacid. It took him getting used to being with me and knowing I wasn’t judging him for it to finally get (and stay) fully erect.

By the way, the guy I was seeing at the time was only 23. He ended up going to the doctor and the doctor told him it was anxiety about having sex that was causing it.

Maybe the next time you and your girl are together you could focus mainly on pleasuring her in other ways. It may be so stimulating to you and her that you won’t feel so pressured to please her with actual intercourse. Once you know you can satisfy her in other ways, you’ll probably be able to keep your erection.

I hope this helps and good luck!
