    Shift work is very damaging to your health . Shift workers have higher rates of Heart Attack.It also upsets your digestion so you are eating when you should be sleeping . i dont think you can borow and not replace your life force what youu steal from there will shorten your life
    The cxhinese believe that the kidneys contain all the life force that we are born with and this finally runs out if we abusr e our bodies one indicator is thinning of hair and greying ( remeber Samsons Strenght and Hair ) lots of cultures amke this connection . By missing sleep you put a stresson your adrenals ruled by the kidneys so now you understand i hope
    get a regular job and make economies if you still cant just do some overtime but not too much .
